Managing a meet or event can be a daunting but rewarding activity. Coordinating the volunteers could be one of the more difficult tasks, until now. We have developed a web based solution that makes coordinating the volunteers a relatively simple task. Whether the event is an athletics competition, business function, or an organization fund raiser, our program will make it simple for you to manage the volunteers.

Coordinators
As the coordinator, you simply define the meet or event details with the easy to use secure Control Center. You input where, when, and how the event is structured and then create the jobs that need to be done. The program provides a web link for the volunteers to sign-up to work the event. As people sign-up, it will keep track of how many more people are needed for each job. There are also reports for getting lists of volunteers and even create name tags. New features are continually being added to make your job easier.
Volunteers
As a Volunteer, you use a simple one page form to pick the activity you want to do and for the times you are willing to work. The program processes your request, your name will appear on the list, and you are sent an email confirmation. The volunteering process is that simple. No need to send emails back and forth, trying to negotiate for the job and times you want.
