****** PLEASE READ ******* * Please Put your Swimmers name, NOT a parent name. If you are signing up multiple swimmers you must sign up each swimmer to a time slot. The email address is used to send CONFIRMATION. Your email is NOT collected or saved and is ONLY used to receive communication concerning THIS particular event. * Each Time Slot is 20 minutes and will accommodate 3 or 4 Swimmers, Please choose ONE time slot per swimmer. If you are signing up multiple swimmers, choose a time slot for EACH SWIMMER. * All swimmers should arrive at the BEGINNING of each time slot to allow enough time for instruction, payment, and processing your videos. Please check in with the StrokeView technicians on DECK at least 2 minutes PRIOR to your time slot. * Bring CASH or CREDIT/DEBIT card to check in, $40.00 per swimmer (Note: Multiple swimmers can be paid on one card transaction if desired regardless of when the swimmers are filmed). * Please be sure to click the "Submit" button after choosing your time slot. Make SURE you receive a Confirmation email. If you do not, you are NOT signed up. * Please NOTE: there are times when we are ahead of schedule. If you are early or come early to swim and warm up, please check in with us on DECK.
