Note: At our last meet we only need timers in 4 lanes, but have asked for 8 so we can give relief to the timers by splitting shifts.
Competitive swimming is the most parent-volunteer-dependent sport I am aware of! Thankfully, most of the jobs require little or no training, giving everyone an opportunity to help, and making the work light if all "dive -in."
Please help make our home meets* a success for our swimmers and guests by signing up for a job at each of these, as you are able (tag-teaming with a spouse or friend may be a good idea for those of you with needy young ones).
Regarding bake sales, Laura would like to see more fruit available. Remember to individually wrap or bag items prior to the sale. We need workers, but have divided the sale time into shifts, so all have a chance to enjoy the meet.
